I have one that I made myself from just erasing one of the comics (and moving over the asw.com link and adding the remixed by), which is this. Feel free to use it! I normally copy and paste the text boxes from the original comics over at asofterworld.com, but if you want to put in your own text the font is called Love Letter TW.
